Please mark your calendar to check your outside light monthly to see if the bulb needs replacing. Check your driveway and roof routinely for mold and stains. That way you will not get a violation letter from the Management Company.
Mix one gallon bleach with one gallon water and a cup of soap. You can get ingredients at the DOLLAR store.
Spray with sprayer. Do NOT rinse. The formula will not only clean your driveway immediately. It will continue cleaning for up to 6 months or more.
Effective October 1, 2014 anyone who places landscaping debris and/or cuttings curbside before Sunday at 6 PM for the Monday pick-up will be fined $50.00.
Please keep clippings stored on your property where they cannot be seen from the street.
There is no valid reason for placing yard debris on a storm drain. As of October 1st you will receive one warning. After that, you will be fined $100. No letters will go out. The area will be policed. This is a serious issue and can cause expensive problems for our community

Weir Repairs- All 3 Weirs have been repaired and are now fully functional.
Lake retaining walls- All rotted wood has been removed and replaced.
The South Florida Waste Authority does have rules for placing yard waste curbside. Some of you have experienced your waste being left at the curb on pickup day. You will be fined $50 so please adhere to the rules and have your landscapers adhere to the instructions, which are:

If you are planning to make any structural changes to your house, you must contact the Architectural Review Board through Superior Management. for an approval. Call Michelle Carrion at 561-293-3612 and request an application.
This includes re-shingling your roof and painting your house as well as any additions to your house and property. If you do not get approval from the Architectural Committee, you may incur the expense of removing the new work or changing the work.
