Paint Colors
The following colors can be seen on line at Sherwin-Williams.com or at our local Sherwin Williams store which is located on Yamato Road just west of Rt 441. If you prefer, you can take the chip to any paint store for a match. If you choose Sherwin Williams let them know you are from Boca Fontana and they will give you a community discount.
Brown New Style, Brown Original, Gray New Style, Gray Original
Before painting your house, please fill out an Architectural Committee Review which can be printed from this site. The Schemes for the New In-Style Fresh Colors cannot be mixed and matched, they must remain as shown. Door Colors can also be red SW 7588 Show Stopper, SW7600 Bolero or Wood.
