BOCA FONTANA is comprised of 306 homes, which includes the sub-divisions of The Patio Homes and Casa Sul Lago Townhomes. The Boca Fontana Master Homeowners' Association governs the entire community, while each sub-division also has a board of directors that addresses its particular needs.
