Board of Directors Meeting

3/28/2012

The meeting was called to order at 7:46Pm by President, Tanya
Sherin.

The meeting was held at the Association clubhouse.

Present were Board members Tanya Sherin, Stuart Sussman,
and Pamela Jemlich.

Also present was Frank Tacher of Phoenix Management.

Tanya made a motion to approve the minutes of the February
2012 meeting. Pam second. ALL APPROVED.

Pam read the Treasurer's Report.

Tanya noted delinquencies over 90 days of almost $15,000.
There was discussion regarding sending lots to the attorney.
There were questions regarding several lots. These lots are at
the attorney for the Master. Check with attorney to see if
association is also listed in the action.

Tanya noted a new landscaper has been hired. The property is
showing immediate improvement. The Master Association is
having the hedges on La Fontana trimmed to 7 ft.

Frank to send termination letter to UPC

Tanya discussed the desire to employ a new pest control
vendor.

One bid was received and Frank will get other bids before the
next meeting.

There being no further business to transact, the meeting was
adjourned at 8:10PM
