Call our management company PHOENIX Property Mgt - 954-640-7080 , and
determine if the date is available. They will mail you an application which you must sign and return with a deposit. On the day of the rental (or possibly a day earlier) the club house key will be delivered to your house. |

County law requires pet owners to pick up after their pets. Those who are in
violation are subject to a $250. fine. Please carry a plastic bag when you are walking your dog. |

Any changes to your house, patio, landscaping, fence or other structures must be

Garbage cans and recycling bins must be removed from the curb, on the day of
pickup, and placed out-of-sight. Failure to do so will result in a $50. fine. |
